Trail Bike Rides

Dates and times

We put all dates and times for our trail bike rides on silver bullet at www.silverbullet.co.nz

Twilight rides are generally every second Tuesday during daylight savings months. Adults $20, Children $10 4.30pm - 8.30pm.

Tracks

Karamu Trail Track was originally an off-road trail bike track open once a month to the public from the mid 1980's until the mid 1990’s.

The tracks are remembered and talked about by many veteran riders who rode with David Smith and the “Smith boys”. In response to demand we opened up the tracks again in 2006 for people who would like to experience our extraordinary and unique purpose-built tracks.

Beginner riders and children are welcome and will enjoy the specially designed novice track and like the advanced riders will be able to enjoy some challenging terrain. Children will need to be supervised by their parent or other adult, and other riders are always willing to assist when needed

(We don't hire trail bikes - you must bring your own!)

Experience one of the tracks first hand….

Below is a YouTube link to a video made by a Karamu Trail Track dirt bike rider in 2007, with a camera attached to his helmet. The rider is superbly experienced and going on the advanced “Mens” track.
