Refund policy

We endeavour to take a fair, generous and reasonable approach to refunds. If you pay for a two hour trek, but return with the one hour trek, then we will refund the difference. Likewise if you book and pay for a one hour trek, and want to continue for two hours, we are happy to receive the balance of payment after the trek.

If you have prepaid for a trek by internet banking and can notify us the day prior to the trek or sooner that you can’t make it, then we are happy to re-book you in for another day, or provide a refund if you really can’t make it any time soon. If the weather is horrible we will call you early in the day to find out if you want to defer to another day. It is important that we have a working contact cell phone number for your organiser.  If we have gone to the trouble of bringing in the horses and saddling them, and your group simply doesn’t show up on the day, we consider the payment compensation for our time.
